Our Tuesday evening sessions are an hour long and we can cover distances of between 4.5 - 5.5 miles depending on abilities.  Front runners loop back so that they can go faster and further whilst keeping the group together, and that's why we often say to new members that speed is not important.

We will also mix up the session with hill reps or speed-work about once a month.  In the summer months we try and get off road as much as possible using the many varied footpaths and cycle paths we have in our local area.

We also offer ad hoc weekend runs - such as trail runs and longer distance runs for those training for half marathons.
