We run in some beautiful places around Torbay, the App & Website will show you a range of starting points to encourage variety & relieve boredom each week.
There is no competition, mixed abilities welcome & you are encouraged to run at your own pace. Through running you release naturally occurring feel good chemicals which make us feel better about ourselves.
All good for physical, mental and social well-being!
