We are a friendly, supportive women’s running group for adults of all ages, 18 plus.
We welcome new members of all abilities.
We meet outside The Lighter on Tuesday evenings for a 6:30pm start and we run for about an hour covering 3 for 4 miles. In Winter we stay in Topsham and we run a variety of routes depending upon the weather. We also run up and down hills and engage in a variety of efforts.
In the Summer we venture out to nearby countryside and beaches and we make the most of the lighter evenings and warmer weather. We also engage in social activities from time to time.
It's just £2 per session and the first taster session is free. Its only £5 per annum to join Women on the Run and this ensures that all runners are insured whilst running within the group. Please get in touch using the contact form below.
