Saturday morning runs are relaxed and easy going. We aim to cover 6 - 8 miles but at everyone's pace - so long as you can comfortably run/jog 6 miles (10K) we will get you round.
This group is coordinated by me (Cheryl) but Ruth (Thursday beginners) and Gill (Tuesday Topsham) also lead runs on Saturday.
We run from a number of venues around the Exeter area and over all terrains, so be prepared for hills (walking is allowed) and some mud in the Winter!
We usually start at 9 a.m. and make sure that there is a handy tearoom close to our start/finish point as tea, cake and company are part of our aims.
We are always looking for new routes so feel free to suggest your favourites. Hope you can join us!
