We're a beginners and improvers running group who aim to get you started and keep you going. We offer support and motivation whether you've never run before, are returning from injury or just want someone to run with.
Our beginners group is designed for ladies who have never tried running before. We'll help you gradually build up to running 5km.
Our improvers group is for slightly more experienced runners who are happy to run between 3 and 4 miles. We're a mixed ability group so there will always be someone you can run with.
Both groups meet at the same time (see below) and take about an hour. Your first week is free of charge, so why not give us a try?
