I started running in 2012 when I trained for a work charity race. Soon after I joined WoTR and couldn't imagine how much confidence I would gain and friends I would make.

I wasn't sporty at school but now I relish the chance to put on my trainers and getting out into the beautiful Devon countryside.

My perfect distance is 5-6 miles, I can definitely justify a cake after that!
