This group is aimed at ladies with little or no experience of running. If you would like to start running and are nervous about doing it on your own why not come and join us for a social run. If you feel that you might be too slow or can't keep up, this group may be the perfect place to start for you. All ladies 16 and over are welcome to join us for a weekly run.
