We are currently running in two groups, a slower paced group and a faster group. The slower group should expect to run about 4 - 5 miles and the faster group will normally run between 5 and 6 miles in the hour. As well as running from the arena, we have a programme of away runs for the summer months.
Runs are £2 each week. This money is banked and is used to fund leader training, for example first aid and safeguarding courses. In the future we hope to be able to fund charity donations and group social events.
Although we are not offering a specific beginners group at present, our slower group may be suitable if you have a reasonable level of fitness.

We are keen to support local charities and organise a number of charity runs throughout the year. Since 2021 we have raised funds for ELF, FORCE, Vranch House and Hospicare.
