Next Run

For those new to the group and a reminder to everyone else:

I (Cheryl) coordinate the group and advertise the runs via e-mail and here.  Any questions, comments and queries should be directed to me. Also if you want to come off the mailing list please let me know.
Ruth and Gill also lead runs when I am unavailable.
Runs are usually 6-7 miles and a mix of tracks, off road and road. Runs may be longer than this (up to 10 miles) but we will try and warn you. Please let us know if you need the group to slow down or take a short cut!! We won’t leave anyone behind!
You need to bring water always, sunscreen and insect repellent sometimes – we will warn you!
This is a social group so runs tend to be slow, take in the scenery and finish with tea and cake

May runs - this list is what we hope to do but please check at the end of each week in case we have to change leaders/venues
