Exeter - Wednesday - Pinhoe station
Our Monday evening Intermediate group is for those women who can run at least 3 miles . Your speed is not important as all sessions cater for different paces and on longer runs we always loop back to re-group.
Varied sessions use a combination of on-road, off-road and parks, taking into account the weather and ground conditions, to offer you an enjoyable, all-round and well balanced training programme.
We incorporate hill work, intervals and tempo/threshold runs of up to 6 miles. Some of our group also regularly take part in the Killerton parkrun - a free 5K timed event held every Saturday morning, often followed by a chat in the café afterwards.
So if you're looking to improve or maintain your running in a safe, friendly and supportive group environment with a qualified group leader (and enjoy a little socialising too!), then either come along to a session or get in touch with me for further details.
