****New beginners group****
Started 4 September but new ladies very welcome to join in.
We are a mixed ability group that welcomes any level of runner. We offer support and motivation whether you're a new runner looking to increase your mileage, more experienced and wanting to improve or if you're simply looking for a group of like minded people to run with.
We run between 4 and 5 miles at a pace to suit the whole group. We also add social "away" runs and longer routes in the Summer.
This is a very friendly mixed ability group so no matter the size or makeup of the group, there will always be someone you can run with. We never leave anyone struggling behind! Our current members vary from those who have recently joined to a hard core who have been with us for years.
Our weekly runs take about an hour and your first week is free of charge, so please come along and meet us. Once you've tried us we are sure you will come back!
